In order to build a high quality bow, I only use woods that are specially selected for their strength, durability and beauty. Every Heritage Archery bow is hand made, making each bow unique. If you are a serious archer and want a bow that fits you just right, a custom Heritage Archery bow is the way to go.

Consider this: When something fits you just right, it helps you to be better at whaterver it is you are doing. Take shoes for example. If you just want a pair of shoes to throw on and stroll around in, nearly any shoe will work. But, if you are concerned about performance and comfort, you'll most likely be looking for a more specialized pair of shoes that fit you and the activity correctly. You wouldn't go rock climbing in loafers, or run a marathon in shoes of the wrong size. Use the right tool for the job and you'll be a lot happier doing it.

Archery is no different. A custom bow that fits you correctly in all aspects will be much more enjoyable to shoot and will help you to excel in hunting and/or target archery. Once you've had a bow custom built for your specific body size, strength and shooting style, you'll never want to shoot an "Off the shelf" bow ever again.
